right button on desktop>
New>
shortcut>
enter this value {shutdown /s /t 0}
you can change the value of 0, if you give 5, windows will shutdown in 5 seconds.
Next>
Finish
All done!
now click on the shortcut to shutdown windows immidietly.
You can change the icon of shortcut also from the properties of the shortcut.
